For SOMNI, an unusual design language and facade paint were chosen, which are part of the energy-efficient concept. The reddish-brown hue, reminiscent of the color of Mallorcan soil, changes depending on the light. Thus, the house blends harmoniously into the landscape and conveys tranquility, stability, and a feeling of security. The colored facade acts as a smart, natural climate buffer system: It efficiently absorbs solar heat in winter, while modern spectrally selective pigments ensure that overheating is reduced in summer.

As you enter the house, you are greeted by a bright, warm, and sun-drenched design. SOMNI was designed according to the principles of Feng Shui. This traditional philosophy of harmony guides the flow of energy to create a peaceful and balanced atmosphere. You will feel it immediately. In the hallway, you'll find the house's signature feature: the artfully curved spiral staircase that connects all floors. The glass dome floods the stairwell with natural light. Next, you'll enter the spacious living area, which flows seamlessly onto the terrace. The sea is practically at your feet—a truly special and rare location in Mallorca. This entire level is a relaxed space for gathering and experiencing life together. Cooking, eating, chatting, laughing—it's an invitation to togetherness. You'll notice the lack of sharp corners. Following the principles of Feng Shui, the rooms are rounded to allow the energy of the house to flow freely. You'll encounter these curves throughout the house. A special color concept based on the principles of harmony was developed for SOMNI. The soft colors, combined with an indirect lighting concept, create an atmosphere of absolute well-being. LET'S GO UPSTAIRS
The pleasant atmosphere and color scheme of the ground floor are continued on the first floor. Here you will find three bedrooms and an office that can also be used as a bedroom, as each room has its own bathroom. Each room has a terrace with a sea view. Imagine, for example, gazing at the sea from your desk. From this sheltered space, you can let your creativity and visions flow freely, inspired by the vastness of the ocean. The master bedroom is designed as a relaxation room, following the principles of bio-hacking. This means you can switch off the electricity in the room and enjoy other features that promote restful sleep. Soft colors and carefully selected natural materials make the room a precious sanctuary. When you open your eyes in the morning, your first view will be of the turquoise sea. On the terrace, you'll take a deep breath of fresh sea air. The house has a full basement. In addition, there is a mezzanine level accessible by car lift, ideal for storing items such as bicycles or surfboards. COLÒNIA DE ST PERE
SURROUNDED BY NATURE
Welcome to Colònia de Sant Pere, a small, authentic fishing village in the Bay of Alcudia, not far from the traditional town of Artà. This area exudes a sense of well-being that is rare to find in Mallorca. Here you will discover authentic Mallorcan charm, far removed from mass tourism. Staying here is a privilege. Colònia de Sant Pere is an ideal starting point for a variety of fantastic activities.
It's the most picturesque harbor in Mallorca. Early in the morning, the fishing boats arrive and present their catch. If you own a boat, this romantic harbor is the perfect destination. From here, you can take extended boat trips to secluded coves accessible only by water.
Mallorca is known for its beautiful golf courses. There are five excellent golf courses nearby, including what is considered the most scenic golf course in Mallorca: Golf de Alcanada, with its 17 holes and magnificent views of the Bay of Alcúdia.
Water sports enthusiasts have a choice between the magnificent long natural beach and numerous small coves with crystal-clear water. Here you can swim, snorkel, and dive. Or perhaps you're more interested in surfing or stand-up paddleboarding. Or simply relax on the beach.
The area offers an extensive network of hiking trails. Hike around the Puig de Ferrutx or visit the spiritual center of the Ermita de Betlem. Or walk for hours along the pristine beach. Sometimes you can be completely alone here, as crowds of tourists don't flock here.
Do you love authenticity and regional cuisine? This region boasts several charming little restaurants with excellent cuisine. Es Vierers and Sa Xarxa serve wonderfully fresh fish. Can Kiwi offers delicious brunch and lunch menus, all organic.
Cycling in Colònia de Sant Pere offers a mix of coastal routes with sea views and hilly trails in the hinterland. Popular routes lead through the Son Real nature reserve with its historical sites or along the Bay of Alcudia, with options for both easy and challenging rides.
Every Saturday, a small but charming market takes place in Colonia de Sant Pere. Nearby, on Tuesdays, larger markets are held in Alcudia and Artà, known for its large selection of fruits and vegetables, clothing and Mallorcan handicrafts.
Families with children will find excellent schools here. The town is home to the CEIP Rosa dels Vents primary school, which incorporates elements of Montessori and Waldorf education. Other recommended schools nearby include the Rafa Nadal School and the ISLA Academy.
