Restaurant am Meer

Good morning. I'm standing on my terrace with my coffee cup in hand, watching the waves play. The sound of them is soothing. I turn around and look at Puig de Ferrutx, bathed in the early morning sun. I love the view and the energy of this morning. I take a deep breath and savor the fresh, pure morning air. It was always our dream to live near the sea, but that it would be this close, and in such a beautiful place, was beyond our wildest dreams. Just like the idea of living in a longevity house. If you want to call it an experiment, then it's been a success. It was the best decision ever. Smiling, I head to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Are the others still asleep? I wonder, glancing at my watch. Wait… I burst out laughing. The power of habit. Busted. I don't even wear a watch. Because I've finally made my dream a reality and no longer chase after time. I live here according to my own internal clock. According to the cycles of the sun, the moon, and the stars. Completely in harmony with nature and in tune with the frequencies. Just a few months ago, I didn't give frequencies a second thought. They were just memories from physics class. Now I know that everything vibrates and has its own frequency. Me included. And I know what it means to be in harmony with these frequencies, and I enjoy it every day. I open the door to the kitchen patio to pick some fresh herbs for the omelets. I crack the eggs from happy hens and let them slide into the sizzling hot pan. I decide to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace and put the dishes and all the food in the freight elevator. Okay, the omelets are ready, now the gang can come. I choose some soft music from the SOMNI playlist and hum to myself as I walk up the spiral staircase to the rooftop terrace. I could have taken the elevator, but I like to get some exercise. Halfway up, a sleepy Julie comes towards me. "Good morning, beautiful, already awake?" I pull her close and give her a gentle kiss on the forehead. "Breakfast is upstairs, come with me." „Leo ... do you know we’re living in a postcard?" Julie says, laughing and yawning at the sea. "I love this place so much.“ “Yes, me too, honey. Tell me, Are we moving out of this postcard today? Any plans?” “You know we have our first surf lesson today. It’s going to be tough, how about we activate our mitochondria beforehand?” An hour and two omelets later, we’re completing our longevity program in the A9 Area. A customized program was created for us, and today it’s cell activation and intensive skincare. Each day includes a different activity, and the tools for it were specially developed for SOMNI and are unique. Just like the entire concept and the house itself. Living here means true quality of life at the highest level, because our health and well-being are our most precious assets. And this is clearly the future of living for us. "Why do young people need so much sleep?" Julie asks with a laugh, taking a big gulp of ionized water from our water bar. It's part of the SOMNI water concept, which uses various filters and this ionized water. "Come on, let's wake them both up. Maybe they'd like to come surfing with us.“ Hours later … “Dad, you’re embarrassing and clearly too old to surf,” Mali grumbles, popping a grilled shrimp into her mouth. I look at her, startled, but before I can say anything, she corrects me. “Just kidding, you were both cool. You should definitely keep doing it.” Relieved, I slide a piece of the delicious fresh sea bream onto my fork and hand it to Julie. "Absolutely delicious, try it, Julie. And thank you, Mali, you have no idea how happy this makes me." And so we end the day at Es Vivers restaurant, enjoying fresh fish, good conversation, and peaceful harmony.
