TREASURES

THE GREATEST CREATOR

I'm passionate about collecting things, especially natural finds. Yesterday I found this little snail. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary snail, but look how perfect it is. How perfectly even its curves are and how symmetrical its markings are.

For me, it's art. Nature is the greatest artist and creator. I feel so deeply connected to it, and it's my greatest inspiration.

My homes are dominated by as many natural elements as possible: fine woods, stone, and natural fabrics. This gives the house a very special energy. Because every piece of nature tells its own story.

ARTISANAL DESIGN

Our family has built a wonderful network of workshops, with whom we have developed close friendships. Here, unique pieces of wood, stone, and upholstery are crafted using traditional methods. I am constantly amazed by how my designs are realized with the highest level of craftsmanship. It's a perfect symbiosis.

This morning I visited the carpenter who is crafting the enormous wooden table for the living-dining area. And this afternoon I had the opportunity to watch as the sinks are hewn from boulders.

Running your hand over the natural grain of a wooden slab, you feel the wood's warmth. Even the rough surface of a rock feels completely familiar. You immediately sense a connection with nature—a connection that many have lost in today's artificial world. That's why I want to create a conscious counterpoint with my homes.

PERFECT HARMONIES

I combine handcrafted furniture with the highest quality fabrics made of cotton, linen, and silk. For SOMNI, I chose coarse linen. It harmonizes perfectly with the stone floor and the handwoven rugs.

I love harmony in every sense. My perfectionism helps me find the right components, which, to be honest, doesn't always make it easy. But when you see the result, you know it was worth the effort and dedication.

FEEL, SEE, SMELL

How do you define a "feel-good atmosphere"? I have a clear idea. You have to see it, feel it, and smell it. All the senses should be activated.

With natural surfaces and fabrics, a lighting concept that combines indirect and natural light, and perhaps even lots of candles. And then, of course, a personalized room fragrance. I prefer pure, organic essential oils. Together with the new owner, we choose the signature scent and then put together a small fragrance bar for special occasions.

For SOMNI, we commissioned a ceramicist to create custom tableware. It's perfectly suited to the house's design concept and color-coordinated with the interior. The same goes for the art and sculptures. I can't wait to see how it all comes together.

JUST ARRIVE IN MOVE IN

I always furnish my houses ready for immediate occupancy. The new owners can arrive and start living right away. They can experience what it means to live in an AUBÀ house. Because the AUBÀ style is unique in its artisanal interior design, quality, and welcoming atmosphere.

Aesthetically sophisticated architecture, combined with as many natural elements as possible. Authentic, livable spaces, a sanctuary for discerning individuals.

"This house has an indescribable charm," is a quote from one of the owners. Which, of course, makes me very proud, because then I know that my vision has resonated with them.

Looking back, it's amazing to see what can grow from an idea and what you can create yourself. And how much happiness you can bring to people with it.
