These questions have occupied me for years. Especially the question of meaning. What kind of world are we leaving for our children, and what kind of example are we setting for them?

 

Hello, I'm Sabine Gries, founder of AUBÀ.

 

My path to AUBÀ wasn't straightforward, but rather shaped by my own personal experiences. Life forced me to pause and radically question everything. But this challenge became my greatest gift.

 

A shift in consciousness grew within me, along with a heartfelt desire to give something back to life.

INSPIRATION BLUE ZONES

 

​I began to explore and dream big. Fascinated by the Blue Zones, the idea of ​​creating a new way of life grew within me. This was driven by my understanding of values ​​such as expanded consciousness, resource conservation, a deep connection to nature, and respectful, empathetic interaction. Values ​​that also redefine prosperity and luxury. This is how AUBÀ was born.

CRYSTAL-CLEAR VISION

​The AUBÀ philosophy has grown over the years and becomes ever more valuable through the insights gained from inspiring encounters. Today, my vision is crystal clear, and I have defined my standards and goals.

 

This is reflected in all our projects: AUBÀ PLACES, AUBÀ HOMES, and AUBÀ WORLD.

 

Here, we develop building projects incorporating the A9 AUBÀ Longevity Concept. We also offer innovative retreats with custom-developed tools and knowledge transfer through our academy, to name just a few examples. Our portfolio includes the tools needed to create a new Blue Zone. Here in ARTÀ, Mallorca.

AUBÀ HEALING SANCTUARY – AUBÀRIUM

 

My absolute passion lies in alternative healing. For years, I have intensively studied a wide variety of methods and have personally experienced healing.

 

It is my heartfelt wish to create a place where people can experience prevention, healing, and regeneration.

 

Together with experts whose core competencies focus on the interconnectedness of body, mind, and soul, we will open the AUBÀRIUM – our Healing Sanctuary – in 2027.

 

Near Artà, a region where nature possesses a special power. Anyone who has been here knows what I mean.

 

In addition to healing, we want to offer people love, awareness, health, and vitality. The AUBARIUM is a protected space, permeated by energies and frequencies.

NEW LEARNING FOR OUR CHILDREN

 

As a mother of two wonderful sons, I am acutely aware of the importance of education. With AUBA, we are fostering an awareness of the new era. Therefore, it is only logical that we also allow our children, the most valuable members of our society, to experience a new kind of education.

 

In the future, values ​​such as personality, resilience, and empathy will be more important than ever. So too will learning and living in and with nature.

 

We are already working on a concrete school concept to give our children a fundamental basis for a fulfilling life.

AUBÀ IS A PROCESS

 

I am aware that something great is emerging here. It motivates me to awaken enthusiasm for our future, not only in my children but also in society.

 

Instead of resigning ourselves to the situation, we want to take responsibility and make an impact that extends beyond our generation.

 

I see myself as a facilitator of this forward-looking concept of life.
